    Turbinelight

As more and more people across the world adopt cars as their primary mode of transportation, well-lit highways become increasingly important. But how can we sustainably power all those energy-sucking lights? TAK Studio addressed that question in their entry into this year’s Greener Gadgets competition to find the green technology solution of the future. Dubbed the Turbine Light, their design aims to illuminate our roadways using the power of the wind.

    Scanwood

Designed by Goodmorning Technology | Country: Denmark

“Scanwood is Denmark’s largest manufacturer of wooden kitchen appliances, selling their products in Denmark as well as the rest of Europe and the Middle East.

Scanwood’s CEO wanted to change the packaging to communicate the fact that their products are made through an environmentally friendly process and are of course also made from all natural materials.

The story is now visible and understandable across all different markets and languages in a cool and appealing way. Giving the consumer an added experience when seeing the package and emphasizing nature by implying that the product almost grows straight out of the ground. This is combined with a new identity matching the product and the payoff: Designed in Denmark, made by Nature.”

  • About

I am a Creative / Design Director with a strong background in brand development for the advertising and marketing industry, re-enforced by a 12-year track record of success. During my career I have been in charge of developing intelligent marketing campaigns and strategies, creating innovative brand identities, establishing creative timeframes, building efficient high-level teams and pitching complete branding concepts to various clients. I actively take the reigns of all projects as the lead architect of the brand and design development, and always look to create a positive growing experience for my teams that allow each member to utilize their talents while pushing their potential.

Previous to creating R&T, I was CEO and CCO of both Steinberg Advertising & Design and Branding Forces, boutique agencies at the forefront of Internet design. My exclusive clientele included: The Setai; Miami Beach Polo World Cup; Casa Casuarina (former Versace Mansion); Mix My Granola (successful web-based granola company); the Kitzbuehl (Austria) Polo World Cup; Related Companies, real estate developers; the Monarchy Collection, an adult fashion label; Smith & Wesson, a licensed fragrance; and the Miami Ad School (where I serve as a special advisor to the board of directors).

In 2008 I met the star artists from the hit television show, “Miami Ink”. Ideas, art, and marketing came together in a magic moment and a new brand was born.

I have built an impressive 3D, advertising, marketing and design unit at R&T, bringing to life in all mediums the artwork of world-famous artists Chris Garver, Darren Brass, Chris Nunez and James Hamilton. His ability to mix sound business practice with original creative ideas and intelligent strategies has been proven over the past decade; his passion to create incredible design is currently on display throughout his vast portfolio.
